RA officials paid tribute to genocide victims in Tsitsernakaberd Memorial
RA President Serzh Sargsyan, the Supreme Patriarch, Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and RA National Assembly Chairman Tigran Torosyan visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial and paid tribute to the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide.

President Serzh Sargsyan received the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China
President Serzh Sargsyan received the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Armenia Hon Juiyin, who is concluding his mission in our country. The President of Armenia thanked the Ambassador of China for his activities aimed at the enhancement of the Armenian-Chinese relations and noted that relations between the two countries develop dynamically. Serzh Sargsyan wished the Ambassador of China success in his future endeavors.

NA Speaker meets Head of OSCE Office in Yerevan
The Speaker of the National assembly, Hovik Abrahamyan received the Head of OSCE Office in Yerevan, Sergey Kapinos. The interlocutors highly assessed the cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and OSCE Office in Yerevan, and noted with satisfaction that all the events envisaged by the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and OSCE Office in Yerevan on April 15, 2009 were successfully carried out during the previous year. Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan proposed to sum up the programmes of cooperation envisaged for 2010 and continue working jointly in the sphere of the development of professional capacities of the National Assembly. During the meeting the sides also discussed the issue of improving the legislation of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with the European standards.
